Hit more then 260 yards off any tee and you will find yourself in a position lower then the green. The best drive to lay down is on the left side of the fairway. This sets up a good angle to the green, past the nasty mesquite tree guarding the right side. When you get to the green, you will notice that the green has a figure of a "X", hence the name "X" Marks the Spot. Advice on the putting here is pointless. There are so many possible angles, breaks, and reads that we would have to include geometry formulas, a carpenter's level and a calculator. |
